Organize the Chaos
Steps to organize the chaos:
- We’ll start with a meeting for me to learn about your company and what problems you are having because of the chaos.
- I’ll then analyze and prioritize the steps for organization. The goal will be to realize a difference in my first visit.
- Establish and document financial procedures for bill paying, invoicing clients and receiving payments, bank reconciliations, payroll, financial management
- Train personnel on the procedures.
