Steps to organize the chaos:

  1. We’ll start with a meeting for me to learn about your company and what problems you are having because of the chaos.
  2. I’ll then analyze and prioritize the steps for organization.  The goal will be to realize a difference in my first visit.
  3. Establish and document financial procedures for bill paying, invoicing clients and receiving payments, bank reconciliations, payroll, financial management
  4. Train personnel on the procedures.
